Apology for Seat Reservation System Issue

We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused by a system issue that occurred during the seat reservation acceptance that started on October 28. Due to this system glitch, reservations for the time slot from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM were mistakenly made available.

As a result, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate the day queuing from November 1st to November 5th.

We deeply apologize to everyone who was looking forward to visiting us.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
