6th Anniversary! Rossini Meat Rice on Sale for a Limited Time Only

This is Ginza Hachigo.

We will be celebrating our 6th anniversary on Sunday, December 8th. We owe it all to our customers, business partners, and staff who have always supported us. We are truly grateful.

To commemorate our 6th anniversary, we have decided to sell “Rossini Meat and Rice” (1,500 yen) on Sunday, December 8th, with only 30 servings available that day.

Fragrant and rich foie gras and truffles are topped on meat and rice with horseradish, our only side dish. It is a Rossini-style meat and rice.

You can enjoy the refined taste reminiscent of French cuisine.

It is also served with foie gras oil, which can be poured over the dish halfway through to bring out the aroma and flavor of the foie gras even more.

At the end, pour the ramen soup over it and enjoy it like a risotto.

The foie gras oil goes perfectly with ramen, so please add it to your liking.

We recommend ordering it with the simple “Chuka Soba.”
